| about art itself: all my pieces will come shaded except sketches |
| crediting: you need to credit me. I retain all the rights to my work. I mainly use my tH. In case you do not count with a tH, you may credit me through my different social media that can be found in the left corner |
| payment plans: i only take dA points and paypal for payment unless specified otherwise. I will ask you to pay after I show you a “work in process” (wip) yet you re also allowed to pay before I start the piece. But never send me any form of payment until I have agreed to work on your piece |
| refunds: i do not do refunds when the commission is close to being complete or already completed. In case I have not started your commission, you will receive the entire payment and in the case I already sent you a wip, you may receive 50% of the original payment. |
| owning & usage: after I finished the art piece, only the owner of the character is the only who can use it. you are not allowed to resell my work. in case of reposting in any other social media, please credit properly |

| gifts & usage of thirds: if the piece(s) you commissioned is a gift or has the purpose to be used by a third person, please let me know first. |
| time frame for me: pieces take an average of 1 week to 3 weeks. In case I take over 30 days in your commission, you will be notified and have the option to decide between waiting or cancelling. if you need it urgently, just tell me, so I have the date in mind. If it’s not, I will follow the procedure mentioned previously. |
| time frame for you: after the wip is sent to you, you have 30 days to pay. I'll send a reminder after 15 days have passed and if you do not pay after 30 days have passed, i will discard your piece and you will be black listed. Still, you can notify me that you need more time to have the total amount. I also believe in patience but please notify me. |
| art theft & tracing: editing and/or tracing my artwork is definitely not allowed. in case you notice someone who has done any of these, please notify me through any of my social media. |
| tos: in case this terms are not followed; you will be immediately blacklisted from me. Forbidding you from order anything from me and depending on the situation even blocked and reported. Please abstain from not following this simple terms |
